I think that the god modul will respawn the stations.
You can earn money ect. if you kill enemys (police license is required for money).
My script creates/takes the ships only one time, if there is a respawn, it's the game ;)

Cheers fella, I was fighting for the Teladi in home of opportunity (I have a Police Licence) and I killed about 10 xenon. My notoriety never went up at all and I never got a single penny. The teladi never thanked me after any of the kills either, so I am not too sure if that side of it does work. Can anyone else confirm this??
Im not too bothered about the money side because you get some great left over property sometimes. I got a beta photon pulse cannon last time.

I will test it again with X3, in X2 it was working ;)

lol i just got a request from the teladi to invade xenon sector 101...the thing is that that sector is completely empty, i've never ever seen a xenon ship there.

Will the next version be made so that you can just install over the previous version for savegames already ongoing, or will we have to start again on a new game?

Hrm everytime I go there, there's 3-4 Xenon Ks and a small xenon fleet guarding some ship debris...however it seems that the game randomly spawns M5-M3s from the "good" races there...maybe they got wiped out over time as I noticed the Xenon ships don't respawn.

BTW StarTrecMarc, thank you very much for this script. I have a 4400+ Athlon X2 with dual FX 7800s and this mod has given me the best dogfight I've had in any space sim yet!

Imagine my surprise when I waded into a sector by myself and the Xenon invading force has wiped out the defenders...I should have taken a screenshot, the number of HEPTs/PACs/IREs/Missiles fired at me was incredible...Thank god for the Raijin Raider that I capped 2 days ago lol...managed like 30 kills before I played station tag, and I capped 2 Xenon Ls to boot! But for some reason, the "capped" stats are different than what they had (e.g. they would have max speed of 288m/s when I ID'd them midfight looking at its details, and that goes to 180m/s after you cap it?!?).

But god, those things are friggin incredible dogfighters...my transport captains feel real safe now :lol:

This script works great with the race response fleet from LV btw...I almost cried with joy when some capital ships and swarms of fighters jumped in to help :o although by that time I'm already down to 60% hull strength...but nevertheless it brought tears to my eyes :D

You don't have to start a new game, already.. only reload the old after one saving.

I also get "nul 0 | 0" as a result sometimes.

Also, you could ask someone here to help write your english messages because often, the actual text of the message is difficult to make sense of. A natural english speaker could help you out. I would edit the script myself if I knew which file the actual text messages were kept in.

Thank you for this script, do you know how much time we have to get to the system? Everytime I get to the actual system, the action is all over.
Is this because I have LV's jump to protect script as well? Allies are jumping in and finishing the action before I even get there?

nop, there has never been any xenon there, i went to that sector about 10 minutes after of playing :lol:

While answering an emergency message for pirates attacking Teladi Gain, I ranned into these buggers:

I've noticed modded ships with Xenon invasions b4, e.g. 300m/s Ms and 200m/s Ls. I'm not sure if you intended this to happen...but 1440m/s top speed buzzard??? Lol, lets just say it was scary fighting something that fast throwing HEPTs at you, the M4 and M5s were all flying that fast, all the defenders were dead except for me.

I mean it would be in and out of your firing range in like, 2 seconds? Even wasps couldn't catch them lol.

Thank god it was a LIGHT invasion, I got there when there were only about half dozen left :D

The Falcons in that group were flying at about 270m/s ish...lol it was quite fun, for some reason they had both an ion disruptor and one of those shockwave generators...

And me in my buster going 190m/s :o

If its intended, then its cool :) I don't mind those kind of odds personally. If this isn't part of the Race Invasion, then never mind :)

Lol at first I thought "maybe Cycrow's overtune script is overtuning NPCs?" then I remembered I never loaded his overtune script cause I don't want modded ships :D

This is with 7.1...

Updated to Version 8.1, Have Fun.

But in this Version aren't english language files! Only the translated main things of the Script are in the t file and the german messages.

I love the script, but I am having a few of the problems that others are having, 1. Sometimes I get the Null (0|0) value. 2. As sson as I get to a sector that an invasion is going on, its all over, even if I jump to the sector!, Any ideas?

ps - Some ships are named something along the lines of Boron Task force or Teladi taks force etc, are these ships part of this mod or another one?

New English language file!

If you find any translation mistakes in the messages - please inform me.

Update 8.2:

Changes:
- Bugfix: Sector "Unbekannter Sektor/Unknown Sector" without Coordinates in the messages.
- Bugfix: To many ships in the sector.
- Bugfix: Ships with stations/ships/ect. on board.
- Optimized for X3
- English Language File (thanks to ynamite)
