Seriously though, have you been checking the poll over in the main forum, ignore the usual barfing and you should find some hopefully useful ideas & suggestions in the last few pages.

Hello, how's it going ? I was playing X2 yesterday and set up several more chains to produce free ship technology and I am appalled at the inbalancing of items required and what is needed to create them.

I have a loop that builds AHEPTs but noticed that it needs Cahoonas, well this is not a problem I thought, just build 2x into the chain and 2xBeef. So I do that only to discoved that 1 cahoona bakery each is not enough for rapid production. Indeed as the Bakery produces in 10x amounts but the AHEPT needs about 2000 to get started. This takes a LONG time in a chain where the Mantas pick up about 20-40 each time.

the best thing to do would be to take an Express and go purchase you initial load of Cahoonas.... Unfortunatly the factories take a while to start generating at fulll capacity

A message to all F.O.L.K. members.

Our thread "F.O.L.K. (Federation Of London Killers)" is having to be moved from the Egosoft site. There is nothing we can do to undo this. But don't worry, I have a whole site, I just need telling how to make a site.

. I remember a little HTML but that's only basic commands, so I really need some help here!

Having to face the above, we must strive to post, positively, on the X-Universe forum more than we have before. This way, we will remain in the front line & show just what we stand for!

If you need graphics help you know where I am, but as for php/board code and I am useless, I can write vbscript / asp pages but I stop after that..

I've explained the reasons why a general clan dicussion thread or an "ask questions here" thread are not appropriate for these forums over here.

There is no problem in keeping this thread open while you get your site up and running, within reason of course. Just let me know how you are getting on and I will try to help ensure a smooth transition.
