the answer to your question is the following.

there is a repairscript from egosoft, but you better not delete that, or the whole game might crash. which one is the right one, only egosoft knows. however, you can delete the following lines from setup.plugin.u24:

global script map: set: key=COMMAND_REPAIR_SHIPS, class=Bewegliches Schiff, race=Player, script='plugin.u24.ship.rep', prio=0
set script command upgrade: command=COMMAND_REPAIR_SHIPS upgrade=$shipupgrade script='plugin.u24.shipcheck'

but beware: the Hel and many missions, including the yaki conflict and BSG will not work and or crash the game, if you do so.

Ok thanks for that info.
What about the Upgrade station script?
I probably should have mentioned it the first time but its the real issue. its over writing the repair all ships in sector script. I can reint all my scripts occasionally as a temp fix. Perhaps you would be kind enough to relay one more message to help me find that script.

tgg says he's not a scripter. what he did is make a working mod with scripts of others when needed, else he uses just egosoft scripts.

that is why the mod also is not compatible with many scripts. it is known to be compatible with cycrows cheat scripts and lucikes scripts.

Hey!I want try this mod and if i download it on your giving site,are i download all 4(not aldrin) file at once and then extract them to game directory?Are then 3.8 patching to 4.2 automaticly after i puting all own place?
And one day ... one day i will be there ...
And if not... then i will be here ...

ok, mate

first you download the mod (3.8), than you download the update 3.8 to 4.2. than, should you want to play without CP, you download the file without cp 4.2. if you want a universe map, you can download "karte". last but not least, if you want to play aldrin, you download the file with the same name.

beware: game works only with english and german. any other installed languages of x3:tc will cause massive readtexts.

Edit:Where i put MG_MOD_4.2_ohne_CP.rar?Are there where is all others (now 17)cat and dat?
Edit 2:I created Mods folder(cos new instal there no such a folder) and puted them there and Karte (cos there read -Mod)too!?I hope that im right?
So far works well!!!

Again appears one biiiig problem-all new ships are Mammoth!!!
Same happens when i tried use Killerog BSG mod now there too!Seems that i messed something when downloaded mod,but what!??

1. You should start with clean install of X3-TC latest version.
2. Install MG v3.8
3. Install MG update V3.8 to 4.2
4. Install MG_MOD_4.2_ohne_CP if you do not want cockpits.

I did everyting like you sayd(wonder that still have CP)!!!
Edit;I wonder,are there can be problem (that all new ships appears a Mammoth) that i have on sheat menu 4 ship ,Deadalus,BSG-75,Dreadnaught and Leviathan Avenger!!??
If they messed all then how i can remove them,i dont find them on plugin mananger neither!

the ohne cp file has to be the last. and allways call them numbers, e.g. if it says something else that 17 cat/dat than rename it 17 cat/dat.

you should have all in all 17 cat/dats. if the universe shows only mammoths, than you have done something wrong.

plugin manager is not compatible with the mod. the mod should run as a fake patch and not be used with plugin manager. the plugin manager must be disabled.

The conflict with mobile ship repairs and this mod is in 8999-lxxx.xml

2008:531 and 2010:531 conflict with graxters 3441-lxxx.xml

The script overwriting graxters is:
plugin.u24.spp.xml


I changed the conflicting entrees in 8999-lxxx.xml IDs from 531 to 1531 and it no longer seems to overwrite the special commands slot.

Has anyone been able to get Sector take over to work for the players race either with Improved Races or the STO Script?

IR works and other races can take over sectors but i can not. Are other people having similar issues? If not i'll be chasing all my other mods to see what i broke :x

Is it also possible to have "Home One" from Starwars included in MG Mod.

Size is approx 3810 metres.

I also have an infinite loop when sectors are taken over and races are trying to build a stations. The script is automatically terminated. Any idea which script cuold cause this?

here are some answers from TGG

the mod is not AP compatible.

as for the star wars ship, there are two versions of it, a wale XL and an MC90. they are shown in the pic gallery.

the mod is also not compatible with any other mods. for sector takeover, the player is able to buy out some sectors (enemy and unknown only) for a specific sum. all mentioned in the readme_Yaki_K.

changes in the new version are:
sector control of the federation and the alliance were updated.
small bugs in mini missions fixed.
new produced (or baught) capital ships have the lifesupport for cargo bay now automatically assigned.

Excellent. Thanks Darya. The only thing I found is that on the MC90 only a TS or TP can dock but no ships M3-M5 can dock even though it says it can. (I don't know why).

Are you using with this mod a fighters? I played this mod several versions ago and i think that ships are useless. Something was change in this situation?? Sorry for my not good english.
