it seems DS did a massive data input on release dates, and i doubt the accuracy of such claims.

Not to mention that the game is finished when the game is finished. Even if it were largely finished now, I wouldn't object to five extra months of testing and polishing (and maybe even yet-to-be-seen content)

If you're having trouble waiting, get your X-fix by playing a mod or two of TC (or Reunion) that you've never looked at, or go do something else completely unrelated to X. The time will pass quickly enough as long as you're not obsessing on a release date.
