Hi all!

I'm having a problem with the blueprints... it doesn't work! I buy blueprints and can get them on any PHQ that i own!

Anyone know out to input blueprints to PHQ on XRM?

PM or post as a reply please. Thx for any help!

I have the same problem, and i didn't get the blueprint reward of the Shady Business plot when siding with Strong Arm neither.

Blueprints added to only one PHQ, if you have several of them, only to have the recently purchased (built).

I have already checked all of them (i only have 2 actually, the terran one from the main terran plot and one from a corporation plot), but none of them have the new blueprints.

Hello, new to the game and i wanted to install this mod but the game now crashes when loading the main menu. I downloaded all three parts and installed by carefully following the instructions. Is it because i have the official AP bonus pack installed? ATM i uninstalled the bonus packs and run steam's verify game cache to reset the game and start over. Anything that could help me? Thanks.

edit: still crash after verify cache. un-installed and downloading the game again.

There are a number of docks in XRM which count as a PHQ, including EQ docks and asteroid bases. If you have bought one of these since getting a PHQ the blueprints are lost. I just use the Cheat package to add the blueprints to all my PHQ's once I get them anyway.

Once you finish downloading make sure you make a backup as its a lot quicker than downloading again. Also use each individual script from the bonus pack from their threads rather than the whole thing as its out of date now.

A crash on the main menu usually means you have installed the xrm to the base TC folder and you are trying to play AP.

Install the xrm to the "addon" folder as per the installation instructions.

I was thinking of something along this line. But i'm not sure how to add blueprint to a particular HQ with the cheat package. The "add blueprint to player HQ" give me the same problem. I guess i will have to buy a new HQ.

I don't want to start a flame war, but this mod seems to be more popular than XTC.

How did that happen?

I did install to the addon directory, rename the .cat and .dat 04 because last file in the addon folder was 03. re-installing XRM atm. I DID MY BACKUP! hehe

Me dummy, i missed the second .dat&.cat files the first time.. DOH!

edit1:Now i want to install Backgrounds Pack, there is no install instructions? edit2: i renamed the files to 06 and copied along the others..lets see...

At least for me, I LOVE the bounty system as well as the huge variety of ships that comes along with XRM. And I am very lazy and I fear that the mods I have written will produce some error, and I would have to look why.

faster ships. people are impatient. also, this was constantly available in one form or other (SRM + CMOD), while XTC was waited upon for a very long time.

personaly, if i had to choose which was better, i wouldn't be sure what to say.

i play both. :)

I'm just going to pop in here and ask if anyone's had trouble with getting randomly insta-killed by friendly capitals with itchy heavy missile launch fingers?

The following has happened more than once:

I engage a small group of pirate/xenon/other hostile M5s, M4s, and maybe 1 or 2 M3s in my Nova Vanguard. I kill around 2 or 3 and I have a good chance of winning the dogfight. Suddenly, everyone, including I, the enemies, any nearby trading ships, and any participating police/military fighters, die.

Usually this was because a friendly M2 had launched a heavy missile at one of the enemies from the other end of the sector at the start of the fight. :evil:

Not to say this mod is bad - it is in fact quite awesome and epic :D - it's just annoying to get randomly insta-killed every now and then.

Is there any script that would make capitals a bit smarter about launching missiles in the vicinity of friendlies, or will I just have to be careful until I get a corvette?

I can honestly say I have never been blown up by a friendly missile.

Just a quick question

I installed X3TC/XRM and the recommanded scripts following the instructions, and i noticed when i go t a new sectors sometimes i get "free ships" from that sector.

What's causing this behavior ?

Also at the very beginning of the game the first message i get is unreadable the other are fine sor far

What's causing this behavior ?

And CODEA does work with XRM ?

What do you mean by that? Do you mean the abandoned ships that the game automatically generates, even in vanilla TC?
