I haven't got any problems with the gameplay, but my computer is not the latest one.
I've got the Bumpmapping, Shadows, and the AA On, and I haven't saw any stuttering or something like that. 
My comp:
Intel Celeron D 1.8Ghz
1,25GB RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB v.c.
Catalyst 9.3 (at 10.2 the videocard made some terrible errors
