The deaths, particularly of the Taladi was well described, I thought for a moment or two it was Jakiziak that was out there. Will Law run out of people before Max gets to him? :D

I was thinking the same as Al when Max went for his swim, I hope theres no man eating fish in that water.

Very nice finish to the chapter, I like it. It adds a lot of depth to the whole story.
The thing that I am concerned of is how sure he can ever be that his body guards are loyal ...

Gimme more :D

No, I like writing in smaller chunks and I find my attention wanders if excerpts read on line are too long. Besides - if I didn't publish i'd just spend more time revising it and I need to get this finished before October if I can.

Why do you need to finished before October?

Is it because of the release of X2, and if so why

I hope u don't rush things, I love the Rogues serie and I would hate to see it end badly with a low quality after all that good work u have done, just because u had to rush things to get it out by october.

Hi

Thanks for asking. I'm starting an undergraduate creative writing course in October part time at the university I work at so that I can learn the techniques of the craft and unlearn some bad habits. This will involve starting a new novel, one that I've had in mind for years and will require me putting a lot more effort into my writing.

I know from the reading i've done that there is so much I've been doing wrong, so many ways I need to improve to get a publishable quality book. hopefully we're seeing some of the things I've learned in operation recently.

I'm hoping Revenge will not suffer from the imposed deadline in that I'm learning new techniques to apply all the time. Also I have some holidays coming up so I can devote more time to it.

The story is probably half way through the final episode now so I think I can get it finished without letting quality slip.

Good to see Max is getting some time off...

Let's hope he's not too relaxed and loses some of his focus before going to deal with Law though. It may cause him to make mistakes.. :)

So when if ever is Max going to come clean about his true identity to his GF? Or is Marteen going to kill Max off somehow and walk away? That's the only other option.

For the moment however I would guess that he may want to let things settle down a tad before making an appearance.
