w00t ! it works :D ..

@ Leigh:

Did you make this ship ?.
A few things, she is alittle bit slow.. she really needs to go Faster !..like 500.
And she doesn't handle like a Biggie ship. The rotation speed is good, but the turning speed is WAYYY to fast for a ship that size !.

Still i love that SHIP !...GREAT Design ! AWESOME ! :D

The E is pretty manoueverable though :\ As well as being one of the best versions of the Enterprise ever. Though the Excelsior ("C") version looked awesome in the short glimpses we got of her in Generations.

Amazing how we go from a glorified fairy liquid bottle in the original series to this awesome machine in its latest incarnations.

Try downloading 'BabyFaces speed&rudder total control pack' script.

Wow i love the look of that ship. How did you create it, i'd be interested in having a go myself if someone could explain how to do it.
Of course i will share the results...

Also, how do i get to use the Enterprise in X2, i am new to scripting and don't really know what i am doing!

For people who havnt worked it copy the .cat and .dat files to the mods folder in your X2 game folder and the .pck files to the scripts directory. At the startup menu click ''select mod package'' and ''NCC1701E'' then click ok. Start a new game and select get enterprise in the special menu in the command console.

That was ammazing.
The only things I would change are the.

Rotation down
Speed up
Transporters as standered
Hornet speeds X10 (photon torps.)
Armor up.
Shields down.

Very very nice though.

Actually i didn´t start a new game and it didn´t crash...The ships awsome :D but it turns to much...

I changed it a bit so it has 999 engin tunings from the start. Its like warp. I have to ask, why isnt it very visious. I took it through the khakk sectors and the weapons only fired a few times.

YOU BET I just downloaded it and WOWWOWWOWWOWetc if you ever
make one for voyager or a bird of prey I MUST HAVE IT

I have suggetion (sorry for the bad spelling I'm dyslexic) for the bird
of prey same shape as the movies with speed of 600 or so two gamma
ppc's as the disrupter cannons (with something like infinite enrgy and
better damage) and super turn rate. it should be about the size of a corvete with a transporter device and a jumpdrive that does't need enrgy

You know I downloaded it and it's the ol sovereign ship from several years ago that shadowtek modded into the game. Another user around here ran the model through 3dsmax by the name of esqueaks I think it was and he had it going in the game too. Then I picked it up and ran the model through milkshape 3d and did some major surgery to it and found out it was a very messy model with sloppy verts and missing polys... about a month later and some time in 3dsmax5 and I had it sorted out and looking good with way less polys than what it had. I eventually figured out the original model was made by Ed Giddings after comparing a model he had listed at scifimeshes. Even with my straightened out version it's still not all that great so I'm working on replacing it with a model called "CGSovereign" which is a mod for bridge commander. Only 13k polys but needs some details like windows modelled in and some raised panels modelled in.
