Exit code 1061 is a possible symptom of a variety of different problems, many of them system related (as your own description confirms). It seems like it's an issue with current nvidia drivers.
Downgrading to nvidia drivers 572.83 fixes the problem.

Again, there are a number of different causes. Driver updates or downgrades may indeed help for some cases, but without basic information we cannot give relevant advice.

I sent all my infos (dxdiag, vulkan, dumps etc..) by email a couple of days ago I hope it helps fix the issue if you guys need more things do not hesitate
