Needs fixing.
I have Similar experience, the turrets just won't hit and have bad target leading

it`s a shame...why the egosoft guys are not able to fix these turrets ( although they talked about a fix in their patch notes )...and you guys are doing a perfect job...unbelievable...sorry

The unblelible part is: The AI still have problems to fight the enemys ( the ship on L/XL ones).
My carrier for exemple, she DON"T atack if the enemies don't attack first (There is no turret control on L/XL ships, so they only work on defensive mode)

Another point: the AI is so stupid, the carrier capitain keeps trying to boost (And draining all the shields) when she is under atack...
Im still trying to make something change the weapon modes on the turrets - but still no luck.

Dear god, the turrets needs fixing fast. It just makes combat incredibly stupid and M+ ships basically useless. Under no circumstances should two Xenon Ns take down a fully armed Cerberus without as much as a scratch.
- Turrets take way too long to react
- Even if they react, they don't lead targets at all, so anything other than hitscan weapons (beams) and guided missiles are useless.
- Even if they managed to accidentally hit the enemy, they do basically no damage whatsoever. (Seeing as how a L class turret does less damage than an S class main weapon of the same type. Wtf...)
- All of the above make captal ships utterly useless, since all they have is turrets, and you can't even set them up, because the turret controls are missing.
Working turrets, all I want for christmas is you

If anyone want to try, i will make a post on "mod" forum section with my mod.
It will not mess with saves, if you don't like it you can just turn it off or delete the folder =D

Made a post in technical support branch about the problem. Hopefully, they'll look into it (again).
