I need to get used to being more specific about which login I'm talking about...

So now that everyone is logged in with their paint mods, any insight into why they would have a limited use item in a single player game? :?

I've actually had mine disappear from my Paranid start game save. No amount of logging in or out brings them back. I had actually used them on a ship too, just gone.

@BurnIt! Can you elaborate, if you are able, as to why the CE skin has 50 uses per game instead of unlimited?

Do you have to be logged in permanently to get/be able to use the skin? I noticed that in Steam a "DLC" called pre-order bonus has been added, so I assume it is enough to have this one installed? No need for logging in ingame anymore?
