The only thing I can think of that wouldn't be all consuming is refreshing one of your old mods. I'm talking about the Rahanas Hybrid mod. Albion needs a Hybrid L cap ship like Devries/Styrvok. Honestly I was shocked Egosoft didn't do this when they pushed the changes to Devries and Teladi Outpost. Hell you might even be able to do it with the Sanahar L ships now too.

Thanks for all replies till now - didn't answer yet because I am not sure what to say, don't want to spoil the surprise
But a small update: I have completed the first Mod to be released this weekend, and also looked into how some other suggestions could be implemented.
Also some of the ideas may sound great but are simply not feasible, or at least would be some major project of their own
Anyway - more ideas are welcome

I have idea for mod:
Ability to switch managers to player account or to separate account.
Right now manager can be tricked into using player account because of bug with ware transfer (bug reported as fixed with 4.00 Beta 3). However it can be usefull to switch manager to player account and forever forget about upkeep mission "give money to manager".
I suspect that this can be relatively painlessly implemented via dialogue tree.
Additional options in npc info screen will be nice, but it may require more time, UI lua modding is hard.

Although it's not per delivery drone (Ships will equip themselves on the factories and also equip their home station) I am already working on this - in fact it's basically finished but I am not really satisfied with the results yet (Manager searches for Drones with a too high priority imo and Ships are restocking irregularly, and for certain ship types may completely forget about restocking a certain drone type if the total amount is enough until further restocking is necessary)Sparky Sparkycorp wrote:Probably repeating something I mentioned in your manager mod thread but..the ability of Capitals to replace lost drones and ammo automatically via Drone and Weapon Dealer NPCs and delivery pods would be nice
oh, and ammo is not accounted for yet, too - but that is basically half done because adding ammo via trading is the same as equipping drones via trading script-wise

Another quality of life change can be incapsulated in tiny mod:
Add more detailed info in "Reputation change" notification:
1. add source of notification: trade or fight, if fight, I want to know who is fighting and where (ship name and sector/zone).
2. add detailed reputation info. I really hate reputation increase messages from finished trades when reputation is not changed. Can you include % progress to next reputation level?

EDIT: Clarification before misunderstandings arise: i only use the Dialogue Options with the Manager, not familiar enough with lua yet.
This Extension adds the Possibility to share Accounts between Managers by hooking into the Transfer Money Menu Option.
Some Notes on Usage:
=> when a Manager shares an Account with another one the own Account disappears (because the Account is under control of the selected Manager)
=> Circular Account Sharing is possible but nobody will display the Account in this case (also better avoid them, see below)
=> you can restore the own Account if you have set a Manager to use a shared Account previously
=> note that telling a Manager already sharing his Account to use another Account will NOT affect the Accounts of other Managers - they will still use the previous one.
===> IMPORTANT NOTE:
- if you have set up Circular Account Sharing
- or set a previous "Master Account" holder to share his account with someone else
it is possible that Money might get lost by telling the last user of a shared Account to use another account or his own.
if this should happen transfer all Money back to your own Account before changing the Account!

no recommendation from me, this was basically finished yesterday after i figured out some weirdnesses with the account sharing i didnt anticipate initially (for example $entity.hasownaccount is false for everyone with a shared non-master account, but this is also the case when reverting to the race account. also i didnt find a way to detect wheter a "Master" account is shared or not)

Nice work, the shared account ended up with over 400M credits in it when it hoovered up all of the individual managers accounts

I decided to share the account of one of the bigger stations that had a high minimum budget like the URV (12M), Arms Tech (31M) or ShipTech (26M) to try and limit the effect of something deciding to auto move the surplus into the player account. Haven't seen anything try it yet though.

Uni... what ever you have done with this little Script is just amazing...
I decided to Order all my Managers to use my Personal Account and it freed up 500 Million Credits... added to my regular 590 Million Credits...

oh man.. i completely forgot to upload the Mod last week.. sorry about that..

based on the first Request by Terre - it enables queueing for the Notifications of Collected Stuff, not more
