Shipyard (Darn Hot Air) is stuck building ships, can't build or repair my stuff

Playing a free game.
I succeed in providing the station to let the Canterans finishing their arawn.
By mean of a lot of savegames, i found the moment to order my construction ship. And asap it leaved the shipyard, a second one. But no possibility for a third one. The Canterans ordered another arawn blocking then the shipyard.
It blocked also any construction at this shipyard because i couldn't built any ship from the other slot regardless the vendor said he had all necessary materials.
But i don't want to edit any file. I agree with mods, i hate cheats.

It's definitely a Bug, I've stocked it to the brim, not 1 unit, it has everything it needs.
Still a freighter sits in the L Dockyard.

i can confirm that my save does the same, i was forced to build a scaldis vs a rhanas, from a fresh start on 1.22, however even when i gave the resources to the shipyard, it went onto building another ! but i was able to advance the plot using a scaldis

I have both of the issues listed here and I'm running 1.25.

I have a completed Balor build in the L hangar and was able to put a Captain, Defence Officer, and Engineer on it. It's in my squad, I've left the system, but it's still "stuck" in the shipyard and blocks my use of the Ship Trader to buy another or sell a Balor I just captured, also in Darned Hot Air system. I was able to build a Lepton earlier and it moved out of the shipyard without issue. The Captain has "None" for current tasks, but I cannot seem to assign him a task (such as follow me) and I have a "Stop current tasks" option when I talk to him.

For the XL shipyard, I have no ships there, no ships appear to be in it, but the Ship Dealer only let's me view available ships and the "Build" button for both the Construction Vessel and the other (I forget) are greyed out. I have no way in-game to see what resources he thinks he needs, if he's even trying to build a ship. I don't know and I cannot tell from in-game.

You might want do Download my Mod (see Signature)
It fixes the shipyard script.

If there still is a npc ship not producing after installing the Mod just blow it up and leave the sector for some time. If you come back it will be gone.

Even tried to board the thing, but I don't get the proper command for the boarding. Right now I cant do anything to solve this.
The idea of shipyards building frequently ships, to get material out of the economy is good, but it needs to be done completely not only halfways.
Not all the Shipyards demands appear when flying around the Station, have to acquire a Trade Agent on the Station and then access map, go into details of the BTO Shipyard and press Trade Offer button.
A list of what it needs will appear, they might be short on drones, turrets etc. that don't appear on the stations demands.
