Firstly, a quick message to Grimm:
Thanks for giving us a place to blow off steam. With the current state of the world, we need it. You're providing a valuable service and keeping all the Egosoft-related combat restricted to the kind with lasers and missiles, as it should be. Nice work :)


Secondly: The mods may be steering clear of this topic because while it's a good idea, there's the possibility that things may get out of hand and come back over here (defeating the point of Grimm's offer). Whether or not it's promoting people to rant is another question entirely, but it's still presenting the opportunity for people to bitch and rant (a favourite activity of mine), something that we really don't want in a perfect world.

Would making this topic a sticky encourage people to show their darker natures? I'm not sure, but even the possibility doesn't appear to have a place on a forum that's supposed to be all nice, warm, fluffy, despite the fact that it is a valuable, and appreciated, service.
