Nice find EuRoKa, it would seem your pic above is taken right after this one:

Using Chrome browser I have zoomed in 200%:
- Interesting that it comes up as CHOW on the readout (CHO Water Transporter), anyone have any ideas on what CHO stands for?
- In this case, the name of the ship is "Keen Chani".

I also like the art direction of this shot:

The way the ship partially blocks the star, and the unusual aspect of viewing its flanks :)

Imho it's just ID of Factions : CHO == CHOW, PMC == Plutarch Mining Corporation. etc, etc.

I'm sure the difference will be greater when you get up close and the view distance will probably make quite a bit of difference. But at first glance minimum settings still looked pretty good.

Names have been in flux throughout development, but it appears to be referring to the rotary, multi-barreled weapon mounted on the left side of the Skunk.

In the Controls video, it's the "Gatling MkI," in the Gamescom demo it's the "Particle Repeater MkI," and in the second trailer it's just "Particle Repeater." No way to know whether those names signify version we upgrade through during gameplay or were just names used as placeholders/first drafts during early development and were replaced over time.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step in figuring out how to make it worse.

No. In the second trailer it is also called "Particle Repeater MkI". "Gatling" is another weapon.

I don't see why so many people dislike the bonus music. It sounds great.
