a small info about Rebirth i just found

So she is hot, she has a nice voice and she said the female main charcter meaning there may be a male and a female choice of charcater + facial customisation etc e.g mass effect. do i understand correctly or did she mean there is only one choice and that is "THE" female main character. i dont mind either way.

i am pretty sure that is the often-mentoinend female Co-Pilot of the Player.

I am not sure if your native language is english or not but to say she is the doing the voice for "the" main character in XRebirth suggests the main protagonist/character. If you had said she is playing "one" of the main characters then thats something else all together, better yet you could have siad she is playing yisha the protagonists Co-Pilot to begin with lol

This is somewhat unscientific, but given that ES trends towards male main protagonists for the plot and female second lead, I'd be betting on her being the copilot.

So there's the voicing, testing, publishing process to go through, and I guess that could take several months.

But even if it takes years, it's good to hear work is ongoing

Was beginning to worry, but hearing about work on the game happening makes me instantly more confident about it coming out. Though I guess not this year by a long shot. Not to say other peoples opinions are wrong though, I make no claim to understanding game development even slightly

Mind you we still don't know if there's a voice for whatever replaces Betty, unless the co-pilot now provides all warnings and Betty is ditched.

no i think the trailer clearly shows that betty is still around!

i think co -pilot will do combat related warnings and betty willl still do sector names etc.

Just to say, i'd pay double for the game to have patrick stewart voice a major recurring character.

And having the copilot voice some things instead of betty would be cool. Though I guess if the copilot voiced the name of a sector every time you selected it it would be scary. Not that we even know how sectors etc work really

At least the game will be a surprise, hope it's a good one!

Somehow I think the cost of having any celebrity doing va is likely to be more expensive than the whole game development. It's not Mass Effect or Call of Duty after all.

1. Anna-Sophia Lumpe speaks the female Main Charakter in X-Rebirth

Just ONE small request please, being's this looks like Anna is going to be the 'copilot' voiceover.
Would it be possible in my own personal copy of X Rebirth she could refer to me as 'Grandad'? ......I'd feel more comfortable and more in tune with the game that way.....if you get my drift.

just wanted to check in with you, too, since it doesn't seem fair to only write to the Germans.

I am in fact German-American and raised bilingually and although German is my main language (because I live in Germany) my first language was/is English, because that's my Mom's first language.

Anyway, I am enjoying this interaction with the game fans and I myself am very excited about this game.
