i speak english (im from northern ireland) and i go to the chat room
everyday (since last week)
and most of the people in there speak english...albiet haltingly!!
But there could be an earlier one i missed, i'm kinda drunk. :)

my first should be around August time, definately, cause thats when The Enforcers were formed

i didnt even know the forums were up in 1999 :?
