 In understand that cucumbers are 96% water by weight so I believe you have attempted an advanced water cooling solution here. Shame the water housing skin has a 2Gb threshold, I would suggest googling information on heat sinks instead, or maybe just sinks (to wash the cucumber before eating)...

Taking a second look, it really looks like a pod (body snatchers' kind of pod). I seems that your CPU has found a way to evolve to a new level of performance, a real quantum leap on microchip development.

Wait a couple of days and you should have a computer of the next century

You did not have the Heart of Gold's improbability drive's power supply rigged to your computer per chance?

Fitted? Those screws are loose, so the fan isn't even properly secured. No wonder he overcooked it. ;)

But at least he has a "Green PC", an ecological choice.

Shame I never leave these L0 forums, so had no chance to see the news "fresh". :(

And with a motherboard model starting with K7, it's probably some sort of Athlon or Athlon XP cucumber.

I've seen this problem before. The heating problem comes from the 5" floppy drive that is most likely installed on that machine.

LOL! Those full-height drives in the picture bring back memories of those old CBM Dual Drives for the Commodore Pet that I saw when I was a kid. The drive chassis was the size of circa 1985 IBM PC.
