Steam update

When I was hunting around the steam forums yesterday while looking for someone to yell at. I came across a thread explaining that they where adding new hardware yesterday. Probably why there was no hotfix for us steam users.

yesterday doesn't explain their lack of an update that still exists now

I don't understand why Egosoft doesn't just make it manually available on their own...

My Steam did a small update within a few hours of the patch coming out. You guys all sure you haven't been updated? Check everywhere that your version is listed. Sometimed Steam does it automatically and quite silently.

I got the update after I validated the game files with Steam.

Does any one know how to find the X3:TC Steam save game files?

I'm planning on a computer system upgrade tomorrow and don't really want to start over!!!!
