Is there something wrong with FLAKs in TC?

I just went back to my last save before making that Salvage Insurance save, played through that mission in BHS, everything was fine... no issues.

That came with its own set of issues, so I decided to scrap that progress path after all... at least I got a nifty screenshot out of it.

I fiddled around with TBullets, and noticed that there was a bullet named FLAK_FRAG, but the FLAK bullet didn't create any fragments. Might have been that it has been left out on purpose though... Cluster Flak Array bullets actually cause 2 sets of fragments, 4x CFA_FRAG and from each of these 3x CFA_FRAG_FRAG. I don't know if this has any relation to the problem discussed on this topic really
