I just went back to my last save before making that Salvage Insurance save, played through that mission in BHS, everything was fine... no issues.

Bit of a bummer, though; I made that Salvage save in the midst of a furball because

I managed to get a Xenon J to bail.
That came with its own set of issues, so I decided to scrap that progress path after all... at least I got a nifty screenshot out of it. :)

I fiddled around with TBullets, and noticed that there was a bullet named FLAK_FRAG, but the FLAK bullet didn't create any fragments. Might have been that it has been left out on purpose though... Cluster Flak Array bullets actually cause 2 sets of fragments, 4x CFA_FRAG and from each of these 3x CFA_FRAG_FRAG. I don't know if this has any relation to the problem discussed on this topic really :oops:
