I still don't get it. 600 to 700 mil for a trading dock. Makes my brain hurt.
Makes a little sense if your playing a Vanilla game but it seem to me if u invest that money into your empire, your further ahead.
This time I'm playing a modded game and if I want it I'll just take it.

I don't think it's particularly good value, but I wanted it anyway! Just something that I've not been able to buy before, so wanted to this time!
Following Nanook's post (suggesting the final price probably had something to do with the good old RNG), I decided to bid without waiting any longer. On day 13 (well, nearly) and haven't bid before now. Bid and got the sector for the minimum within an hour
It's mine!
Now I can start building my empire in earnest!
