Exciting battle but heck, what a result. Bugger! This fight really sent shivers down my back. I guess Max wishes he had never introduced that Squash Mine trick in the first place.

I wonder how much Jackson played part in that game. To him obviously Corrin was going to be a problem in his attempt to manipulate Max to join in his scheme.Also, it would fuel hatred and possibly accellerate Max's actions against Law. At the same time Max's vision and sense may be clouded enough to be exploited.


Ouch, this was a serious chapter. Away from killing new characters to killing old characters.


Looking forward to see the outcome of that.

Another great battle but this one with a very sad and unexpected ending, I realy thought Makk was the one that would not survive that encounter. You realy like to twist that knife at times

I wouldn't even bet at this moment that Max himself will still be breathing by the end of this story!
