Has anyone in the US who ordered their copy from Amazon received it yet?
I pre-ordered mine on Oct. 17 and it hasn't even shipped yet.
I'm seriously considering making the 150 mile trip to the nearest town with stores that might have it in stock and telling Amazon to shove it.

Yes, I do live in the boonies. :wink:
