Listen guys I did 3 restart so far!! Can we find a way when we do update that we do not have to to restart!!! We are really sorry for few restart required updates in so short period of time. At the moment mod is in stable condition so you can play and be confirmed you'll not have to do a new restart soon. The dev. team have been releasing updates with some bugs or mistakes because they wanted to release an update as soon as possible and sometimes overlooked something. Future updates are going to be tested for a while before doing any uploads to the community.

You received a very polite reply from max..... Consider the fact that we do this in our free time and are not payed for this before posting something like that on the forum. v. 3.03 was a huge overhaul of the mod and we did not want to start making small updates of the mod before we had a stable one in place! Please consider that we are a very small team and are doing this because we are huge fans of the bsg universe and wanted to bring across our ideas and passion in a game format

The mod is now in a Stable Condition and all the bugs mentioned by the community (thank you all for helping us bring this mod to its full potential) have been fixed! From now updates will work depending on what they fix/add:
If it is a major update, that adds or changes something major, and will therefore require an Game Restart, it will be available first as a separate 'Beta' version download. This way we can attend to any bugs that may appear before people have to start an update! And this also allows the community to either choose to do some bug testing for us or just play the game!
If it is minor then it will appear in an update format i.e V. 3.0.4.

Guys, I would like to congratulate and thank you for this amazing mod, I couldn't believe when I found it that you would be so accurate at recreating the general feeling of the series. An amazing job.
I would like to ask if there's any guide out there for the galactica campaign, I had a blast finding the Galactica, sacrifying a carrier and 60 fighters while i took the dark viper to galactica, transfered jumpdrive and energycells and escaping just when a basestar full complement of cylon fighters was about to blow me to bits, damn!
The thing is that, after finding the Galactica and repairing it, no more colonial missions pop up. Maybe i did something wrong? I don't know how to look for the rest of the fleet apart than taking blind jumps (which i still don't know how to do, I know, i'm just learning
)
A final question; do you plan on adding cockpits for the colonial ships? I understand the huge difficulties of doing that, so just asking

Nice to hear you like it! The point is to find new content during vanilla plots. So start albion prelude argon plot or terran one and you'll unlock other BSG mission. There are not many of them for now, cause there is a lot of work on other aspects of the mod, but...

When I found the Galactica with the Dark Viper, I quick-transferred energy cells and JD from the Dark Viper and immediately jumped out, just in time to miss the oncoming Cylons. It felt like I was in the BSG show 
A couple questions:
- I've been able to get the Galactica, Flattop and Defender back and repaired, however I'm running low on supplies and spare Vipers. Outside of saving up for the PHQ and reverse-engineering things, is it possible to get more BSG ammunition/ships?
- Is it possible to find the Pegasus? According to the plot, it's out there somewhere.
Overall, I've had a ton of fun with the BSG plot so far! Great work!

You can also recover a Gemini Freighter (there are ammo, guns and so on in it's cargobay). And yes, there is a place in the univerce where you can buy BSG ships and equipment, you just have to find it!
As was stated few times before, you should start vanilla plots to uncover other BSG content and missions!

One of the reasons I find myself enjoying this mod so much is that it truly places me into the position of having few resources in an unfamiliar galaxy. Having to search for your fleet and reassemble it, piece by piece, is definitely a fun meta-campaign.
For anyone that ever has trouble with it, the game-changer for me was getting a 200 MJ shield for my Dark Viper. Before then I had to run from Cylon Raiders (and, in fact, I ran from them across 10 sectors, as I tried to close in on the location of the Galactica... it was pretty intense with them hot on my heels!). Getting shields on all my BSG ships was the #1 priority after that, especially for the critically-damaged Galactica.
The only major change I would make to the BSG mod would be to have the existing races be neutral or (in the case of Paranid and Split) slightly hostile to you at the start, in addition to being chased by Cylons constantly. This would certainly ratchet up the pressure towards finding a safe staging area for your fleet and beating back the Cylons. As it is, I just jump all my ships into Argon Prime and let them sit there until I can afford to repair/outfit them.
Having more of the Cylons do what that post-beacon group of raiders did, chase me across half of known space, would make BSG a much more intense experience. Right now the Cylons are just sitting there in Xenon sectors, hanging out. Maybe that will change later as I advance through the plots?

About Cylons: did you board Galactica for a long time yourself? Did you jump to some different sectors onboard? There should be some Cylons spawn, so it either an installation bug, or you've just didn't meet all requirements. Try to play for a longer time. If there will be no more Cylons, please post it here!)

Does this require the emp mod to show the wares properly? I got an ware that showed up after a base star blew called ZB emp 60600 ware 1 19 and the viper I started with had some wares show up similar to that.

Nope, it's standalone mode (all included modes are stated at the start of the topic). Did you installed the mod to the clean game? Did you start a new game? What ingame language do you use? What other mods have you istalled?

Clean install and just copied the addon and soundtrack over. I do have four or so AL plugins though.

Just try to make a clean install and start a new game. If all will be ok, backup your addon folder. Then try to install each plugin one by one, starting the game after each installation. This is the way to make a clean install and also you‘ll be able to find out wat was the reason for such troubles. Please make a bugreport if you'll find a plugin which is not compatible.

Found my problem, but I don't know how to fix it. I had the plugin manager installed and the three mods that cryow has in that loads up, one is a ware manager and it changed something. I had to uninstall the program in order to get it this to work
