That container dock is your work? I haven't seen it ingame. Looks like a good player mini-HQ /warehouse/ammo/supply dock - kinda Ragnar Anhorage from BSG show.
I don't want to be negative but that new white container isn't perfect too. Well it's better than the first one, but now it's hard to notice it from the actual ship hull - maybe if it would be a light gray (but keep those red stripes) then it would be OK.

Your really going to hate me for this, but i prefered the original container colors. they looked like they were made to perform a job, not look pretty. Those new one don't look like they've been within 4 sectors of a asteriod or ore for that matter, theysss just way to prerrrrty.

Are you psychic? I was just watching that 1st season and thought "yeah I want a staging outpost to hide near xenon space."kinda Ragnar Anhorage from BSG show.
And I wish it was light yellow, but I only have red, black and white hull textures to work with, so no dice.maybe if it would be a light gray
EDIT: Scratch that, found the grey texture.
Hmmm... Maybe not a passenger express, more like a dropship to carry marines to board stations, would go well with the Capture Stations script. But then again Terrans are lacking Marines too.the Terrans need a new TP
3DS MaxAre you using Inventor or lastest version of AutoCad, and 3D Studio Max?
I did, might actually work too, but that would require alot of micromanaging on the players part; transferring cargo, undocking, docking those containers, picking up new ones ect.. may look cool but not very convenient.P.s. have you considered making a TS class ship which has slow speed, no shields and good cargo bay to act as a container?

"container freighter" would be a good idea for extending ship cargo space of capships, as a lot of your ships has external docks.
It would be good for deep space mission for Hataka support carrier. Load a mad amount of missiles, anti-matter, drones, sattelites, boarding pods, energy cells to "container freighters" then dock them (the would be slow so it would be use only to dock/undock from mothership) to carrier and launch a long campaign of destruction at another side of the universe.

just wanted to say these are some of the best X3TC ship designs I have ever seen, and that I hope you intend on adding more ME and ME2 ships in.....would be really cool to have the normandy 1 dockable under the normandy 2, and thiers also the fighters seen in one of the missions.....terrans could always use another M3 or M5, which ever you think fits
I also have one final question....thier is another team with a version of the Normandy 2, but they placed a battleship (i.e. massivly heavy and bulky cannon) on the underside to try and simulate the thanix cannons from the game...and just don't think it looks right, now, I have yet to download your mod (current university exam timetable permits LOW free time) so can someone tell me...is it the same here, fingers crossed it isn't, especially since the thanix was not a turret, but a fixed coaxial mass accelerator

oh, one final question, can someone maybe post the types of ships dockable on each ship, I konw several of them feature external docking clamps (something i love from coffee mans mod) so if someone could list them all, I would apriciate it to no end, though I'm downloading and installing it later anyway

I have been using your designs almost exclusively since restarting a while ago. I think you are going to be a big part of TC 3.0.
Now with the Hiroshima. In my experience SSCs consistently fire while out of range, using up all energy and starving the main guns while in a mixed combat environment. Also, the main cockpit guns don't show a targeting rectile until well within the PSPs range.
From my limited reading of the custom turret tutorials I would guess that both of these issues could arise from cockpit or turret cameras being too far from the actual turrets, messing up their range calculations.
Perhaps you could take a new Hiroshima for a test drive through Xenon Sector 472 on a Q swatting expedition and see if you notice the same thing.
I love being able to FUBAR a Q with one burst, but without the aiming point you can only do it 'playing chicken' or 'dirty dancing.'
