I'm wondering if I've installed this wrong because I don't seem to have any asteroids in my universe?!

Yes, the mod should do nothing to vanilla sectors. Did you make a clear installation and what mods do you use?)

And don‘t forget that this mod requires a new start!)

I installed it on a clean install of AP. The only other thing I installed was Salvage Command Suite - I intended to install other stuff once I was up and running. Strange! I'll have to reinstall with only BSG. The odd thing is everything else seemed to be working properly, including all the BSG features (as far as I could tell).

Strange things. I‘ll check it on my own in a two hours or so (as far as i reach my computer). I haven‘t installed the last update yet, just had no time!) I‘ll post here about this issue.

UPD: The issue confirmed, MilesRS will post a solution.

Your not the first to report this!! Im afraid it is an incorrect installation that is causing your problem! have you installed the mod as a fake patch? or do you select the mod in x3ap start up menu?

I tried installing it as a fake patch but it didn't work (readtext errors everywhere) so I installed it as a mod. I'll try again later today.

There shouldn't be any issues. Copy paste the addon folder and the soundtrack one into your terran conflict folder, replace anything if it asks you to. Then copy the two files in the mod folder into the addon folder and rename them to the next available cat/dat number (if 04 is present, the mod should be named 05 ect)

Its really odd - that's exactly what I did. What I'm going to do first is redownload the mod - I've a feeling it came down suspiciously quickly before.

I have figured out whats going on. I wasn't aware of this but the rocks have been removed to make it easier for the huge bsg ships to move around!!. However if you would like them back, all you have to do is navigate to your maps folder (in your addon folder), and delete x3_universe pck file. This will reintroduce the rocks into your game, however GAME RESTART IS REQUIRED FOR THIS

Im going to remove the x3 universe map in the mod itself so any one else downloading the mod will not have to do so themselves

Edit: Mod is being updated now and so future users will not have to worry about loosing there asteroids

I thought that the missing asteroids was a rather useful feature when the massive BSG ships are in sector! Please leave the mod as it is.

I will place x3_universe.pck file in a seperate folder for those of you that would like this feature! But the standard mod will stay without it!

i never had this issue because i used the low poly asteroid mods for mid to late game loading sector times =/
