Watching now.

"We wanted to get the action into the geometries of cool space stations [...] so we added hundreds of surface elements to the stations that you can interact with."

I like the sound of this, definitely what I figured they were going for. And I agree, X suffers from having giant open space sectors with nothing in them for the most part, having stations provide obstacles and things to fly around is much cooler I think.

Sounds a lot like stations = complexes now, which fits with the modules idea. Presumably also you can expand stations themselves to be bigger, otherwise you'd have to fork out a lot of money to get started.

While he goes on to talk about drones again, it does kinda seem like they're only a part of the VR thing.

Kinda the same thing that's been said before, but phrased differently.

When he said about the ships bernd was going to say more than the word drones i think there but held back. Seems the virtual control system will be used to control anything ingame ship style wise so your not risking your own ship and dying if it was destroyed he said yes other cockpits too which even if basic for most other things will be nice.

Also finally a nice quality vid of the trailer. Tho would be nice to have a trailer 2 now as im getting sick of seeing that trailer when scouting for vids.

That virtual reality thing will make me go in to battles with my main ship and risk my crew

The game sounds fun ...pitty we'll have to wait till 2404

can't wait for the small interactions like flying an explosive drone into a rival teladi station and watching the fireworks!

Guna be great i think! + i was right about ship control as he just said yes your are only in one ship but can control "drones" etc remotly.

Maybe, a very small maybe is that they're trying to implement that vision google thing for other "ships" as well, but he's holding back because he's not sure whether it will be implemented in time or not.

We are in that so called Q4.We should have a demo by now and a exact release date plus a pic with the game retail box

20 core CPU means you won't afford a PC to play it or if you have the money it means they will sell 3 copies
