BTW: During my testing I had problems to find out which turret number represents the individual turret on individual ships. Would it be possible to get the script telling me which number belongs to which turret?

As for revising, I am. I can go back and fourth between the forums and studying. I tried that once with a full fledged game and the unthinkable happened - I died on easy
Tested the performance with a spam fleet on my now low-end system. The only difference I notice is that after a certain amount of enemies are dead the performance goes very rapidly upwards. Though at the start it's as crappy as before. Maybe faster systems benefit more from the patch.

Systems with more than 2 gig of memory should be the beneficiaries of the new patch - I have a poor system but with 4 gig of memory and the performance increase is 'stunning'.
