Followed the instructions and the stations are now available at OTAS shipyard. I have yet to build one.

I installed the AP version with the fake patch method according to your description, but I get the message "the files of the modification Enhanced Equipment Docks were not loaded"

.

The other mods (e.g. Complex Cleaner, XRM, ...) are working.

Is this maybe a compatibility issue with AP 2.5.1 ?

Okay, I already have found the solution: I used eEQ-2.7-2.2.1, with eEQ-2.7-2.2 it works now...

Found this one finally. Nice addition to any game where you want a dock specialized for Capitals

Not sure if someone still manages this mod (last post 2 years old).

Not only capital ships and not only in Capital Ships Supply Base are crushing. I lost already several ships trying to dock into (or undocking from) equipment dock and once ship docked into trade station was messed in wired way (it was docked but could not make him do anything and when entered ship it looked like outside station).
