The Trade Post acts the same a the old one. I use them as an outlet for trade with NPC trades. The only difference in the Nodes now is the storage size:Donziboy2 wrote:Awesome script.
I was wondering what the Trading Post does exactly. Does it function like a normal trade dock? If so does it transport items around like the nodes or does it use the old dock system?
Also is there any real difference between the node sizes, I haven't seen any updated info on them.

This is a great addition to the game...
But,
I upgraded to 4.01a from 4,01, as that was the first version that I used, But im still having issues with the complexes..
As long as the stations are all alone, and not part of a complex, FDN works fine. But when i place them into a complex, they will flash yellow like they are starving for something.
So I took out all my complex hubs, as I had 4 of them in one system, one for meat stakes, one for power, one for rimes, and one for flower oil.
each complex had 25 of each station, except the power, But even tho the node had plenty of wares to deliver, it was not getting enough of them to the hub to keep the stations happy.. even when I set them to 8X on the level....
So, i took out all hubs, and set up one complex for each station type, and although I couldn't set the lvl of wares, i thought it should work out ok, But it wont. It still makes all my stations flash yellow, like they are starving... Taking out the complexes works fine but fills up the station list..
Any idea what I can do to make them work out better?

Just had a quick look at some of my test complexes and there are occasions when the complexes do flash yellow but the production tasks are still running, just pending the next supply cycle. I have watched and noticed that the production does not stop, its just like a warning that its about to stop.. No big deal really, I was just wondering, what if you had FDN Supply the hub with 2x or more of the ware that the stations where needing.. Maybe like if the station is part of a complex, the station will be ignored, or placed in the background, and have FDN just work with the hub.
like if there are 25 cattle ranches on the hub, then it will need X amount of e-cells to make all of them work, so keep the hub stocked with at least that many e-cells or something....
I mean. It works fine like this, but I always think there is something wrong with my wares when i see flashing yellow, so I try to find what im missing to add in another station, But find I have plenty of the item, its just not getting to the right station in the time that the station wants it......
all in all, I like the script, Just wasn't sure if this was a bug or not..
