Thats strange :S oh well ive checked everything again multiple times on all ships, made some changes and there shouldnt be any more problems when i update next :)

Howdy, thanks for the MOD and the updates, I've been having an absolute blast with it so far. Came back for Rebirth and with the issues so far there it is going on the shelf for a while. I found this on the forums and so far it's definitely satisfying my 4X needs. :D

I have, however, run into an issue. Stated below in spoiler, I don't want to ruin anything for folks.

After finding the Flat-top and getting the Advanced Raptor Prototype, I moved it to the Assaultstar Defender that I am currently using. The Raptor lands just fine but when attempting to launch, manually or by an autopilot command, it blows up in the hangar bay. Not a show stopper but disappointed in losing it before I could use it.
Again, thanks for the efforts with this. Very fun.

Great to hear your enjoying the mod :D Yea ive placed rebirth aside for the moment as well, its just to buggy, ive been trying to start modding, but no point with all the updates coming out.

The issue you have described is known and will be fixed in the next update, should be out in the next 2 days or so :)

Woohoo! Thank you so much for this mod. I came back here after giving Rebirth a try and realizing it needed more time to come into its own. I was hoping to find something to regain my interest in AP... I never imagined I'd find this! =D I'm going to have to force myself to not touch it until the weekend or I'll end up losing my job playing it for sure =D

What's the chance this works with XRM? =D

been wondering that myself since ive been waiting for the patch for this mod so i wont be losing much when the restart is necessary. but my initial guess is not likely since this is posted in xrm's thread
"The XRM is NOT compatible with full cockpit mods, engine trail mods, any mod that adds ships, or any mod that alters TWareT (Except the EMP which is merged). Please use the compatible versions provided above in the addon packs."

I suppose the mod is fully incompatible with XRM. Even if there will be no conflict in wares and ships, sectots and other stuff IDs, all the stuff is balanced for the vanilla game (i mean ships char., weapons and so on). In addition there are a few other mods packed in this one, which may be incompatible too...

Concerning the read text errors, this usually points to either an additional mod you have installed that is interfering or incorrectly installing the mod itself! When installing make sure you click yes to any questions asked concerning the replacing of files!!

Concerning compatibility with XRM, it is fully incompatible. Due to a variety of wares, ships, scripts and missions. So im sorry to confirm, Fully Incompatible!

Oh noes!

Is there any chance this might change in the future, or any chance that the individual ships will be available to us separately? XRM has become a pretty solid staple of my X3 experience, and it will definitely be painful to let it go. :( If it would be possible to have the BSG + fighters in my XRM game, even if it means just plugging in those ships only, I'd be thrilled!

Yeah, XRM is a great conversion, but it is really complicated and incompatible with most mods I believe... So even if there would be some models available (as they (but old versions) are in full XPS ships list, just search), they'd be just as hollow models without weaponry, docking compatibility (like viper pods and spec. hangars) and so on... I don't even tell about weapons, wares and other stuff. Even if this is possible to make total conversion of this mod for XRM it would be the work of making the mod from zero =( And as far as I know MilesRS and JCC already have incredible amount of new models, wares and stations to do...

UPD:

You shouldn't be so upset about this I believe. On my own experience, i'd say that lots of things from XRM are reachable through installing few dozens of alone-standing mods (some of them are included in XRM). Just search for full list of mods=)

It may be possible to release a XPS ships in the future with all the bsg ships, but it wont be for a long time and maybe never. Its a lot of work and i will be honest, we dont have the time.... But as stated, it result in you having the ships but not the wares, weapons ect and they would be hollow ships and you wouldnt get the BSG feel. XRM is a great mod, and lot of the scripts it uses can be implemented with this mod so if you want to do that you can experiment :).

But to confirm there will be no xrm compatibility patch of any kind in the near future.

Been playing around the last couple of days and haven't found any of the new sectors, could you give us an idea how many their spose to be? also where can you purchase the new stations? And would like to see in the update the Torus space junk removed from Earths orbit.

What gamestart did you use?) "Battlestar Galactica" one or others? If you playing "Battlestar Galactica" you‘ll be able to find new sectors during BSG Missions ( you should finish one of the vanilla HUBs plot to reach some new content). As far as i remeber you‘ll be able to buy Colonial Trading Posts only and get Colonial HQ via plot... As for other start, i didn't manage to check any stations so i don't know, but maybe they are at Argon Shipyards as ships...

And what do you meam telling about space junk?) You want the wreckage from Torus to be removed?))

Only sectors I have found or know of is scorpion lost colony and solaris. I thought maybe there were more but could be mistaken. And yes I would like to remove the wreckage of the Torus space station in Earth sector. Not sure if this can be done through an update but if someone can tell me how to remove it would be much apriciated.
