YouWHAT?
YouWhat Destroyed
YouWhat has been all but completly removed from their space. Freelancer Alliance have smashed them apart. They have 1 station left empty that will fall to freelancer tommorow. YouWhat claim that they are withdrawing to regroup and strike from NPC stations, however their falling numbers speak for themselves. Will they continue to be a force in the north? Personally I doubt it.
Ka-Tet Advances
Feythabolis hits crunch time. Now facing the FULL FORCE of the southern coalition, defence forces are streached to the max. Retreating LV forces are being hit hard.
AAA and IAC are attacking from the north, with Ka-Tet, Goonswarm, Red Alliance and TCF attacking from the east. RISE forces report themselves to be overwelmed, and Southern Connection lay defeated with the loss of their only station.
The Southern Coaliton hopes Feythabolis will fall within a month, along with the remaining Ex-ASCN regions.
Smash Alliance, Roadkill V Red Alliance
In a heavy dispute over a mothership and a 10/10 complex, Red Alliance have come to blows against their old coaliton allies of Smash Alliance and Roadkill. Red Alliance have played the victim card, however most believe they are clearly at fault.
Red Alliance tried to buy a Mothership from SMASH, however they tried to buy it from a known scammer. SMASH warned them and offered to become a 3rd party in the deal, however Red Alliance turned it down and paid the scammer 10 billion ISK as a first payment for the mothership. The pilot, when arriving to collect the Mothership was at once podkilled by the scamming pilot.
Red Alliance at once annouced hostile actions against SMASH. SMASH offered to pay the 10 billion, however Red Alliance turned it down. They ordered their allies Goonswarm to set SMASH to - standings. Goonswarm refused, however in a mixed up some goon pilots was killed by SMASH forces. After talking, SMASH and Goonswarm remain at blue standings.
Red Alliance claim SMASH was trying to scam them out of the mothership and a 10/10 complex in SMASH space. SMASH have rightly claimed the complex was theres all along, but Red Alliance have refused to agree, and placed a POS in the SMASH home system. This POS was later destroyed by SMASH forces.
SMASH have offered to pay the 10 billion and rent the complex to Red Alliance, to be able to continue fighting BOB Allied Forces without Coaliton problems, however Red Alliance have again refused. Red Alliance now claim that Smash's closest allies, ROADKILL have backstabbed them when they came to defend their tower in SMASH's home system. ROADKILL have said that they will stand by SMASH no matter what.
Talking continues, however Red Alliance have walked out of talks 3 times now. If agreements can be reached, it will not be easy. Goonswarm are reported to be putting heavy pressure on Red Alliance to reach blue standings however.
Where are we?

Just a hint DJ Die, most minmatar ships come with extreemly high base resists against Amarrian damage types (em and thermal).
The problem i have found with amarr ships is that they can only do 2 types of damage, where as caldari(like me) can choose between the different damage types depending on what missiles we use.

It's best to leave them at camps because they decloak people.ElectricMonk wrote:Saw a Privateer gatecamp in Amarr with mixed results. They appeared to ignore the corpses of their podded victims.
On a related note, does anyone have a requirement for more than 300 frozen player corpses? Does anyone dump them outside of POS anymore to ward away evil spirits?

As I said I might do in the chat here is EVE from a n00bz perspective:
NOTE: I will not use any more leet speak from now on
So after a long download I installed EVE and jumped in with a 14 day trial account. I was confronted with the usual character creation screen with a baffling array of options, so I decided to go for what sounded cool.
With my character finally decided upon I finally got into the game, only to be confronted by a tutorial featuring one of the most annoying computerised female voices I have ever heard. With that gripe laid to one side the tutorial was very informative and lets you get to grip with the basics of the game very quickly.
With the tutorial over I was left to my own devices and with some help from a few others found my feet and began the business of making money, learning new skills and improving my ship.
Soon my ship was holding me back so thanks to a small gift I was able to upgrade to the best ship (Amarr Punisher) I could pilot at the time, although this was more powerful than my starting ship it was still akin to an annoying fly.
So with money coming in (from various sources
)it was time to move from flying frigates to destroyers. The appropriate skills took a while to train but they were worth it, my new destroyer (Amarr Coercer) is able to take out pirate frigates, destroyers and transporters with ease. Now the money can really start rolling in.
To be continued......

Not quite true.....cap injectors are very important on most tanking fleet battleships, and most amarr ships do have a cap bonus...A few nos = dead Abaddon/Apoc/Geddon/Anything Amarr minus the Arbitrator or however you spell it.

For the Amarr thing, cap boosters only help to a certain extent. They won't help any if your enemy cycles the nos in a way that it will suck away your cap just as you inject a booster. It only really works with multiple heavy nos on you though (2 dedicated nos ships, roughly).
Cap injectors help a hell of a lot for any usee, though. My mega practically lives on them.
How long do you have left for T2 1400s? I don't really want to come across them at long range if I can help it. =P
Have 5 days left on Large Hybrid V, another 8 or 9 for Motion Predicition V....

They kick ass short range as well. However ages, I havent gotten medium t2 yet because the current cost of them is putting me right off :/ Ill wait for the market to stablise a little in that area. How long do you have left for T2 1400s? Major Stormer Makes Some ISK
Its not often I get to make some money, so I guess I should be quite happy really. 100% insurance is a good thing kids.
2007.03.22 21:57
Victim: Major Stormer
Alliance: Insurgency
Corp: Celestial Apocalypse
Destroyed: Tempest
System: HED-GP
Security: 0.0
Involved parties:
Name: Evil Thug (laid the final blow)
Security: 5.0
Alliance: Against ALL Authorities
Corp: Rage and Terror
Ship: Erebus
Weapon: Aurora Ominae
____________
Being blown by a Titan is rather new to me- we had encounted it before that evening and destroyed its cyno alt and managed to get away before doomsday blast. Screeny
We jumped into HED-GP chasing a hostile tempest. Our stupid dictor dropped a bubble catching all of us and we was trapped as the tempest dropped the cyno field. That was a huge boom as the titan jumped in nearly on top of me. We all went "oh..." on vent. Everything went totally black, the sun was blotted out and I couldnt see my ship in front of me. On my HUD the bars rolled into the red zone and vanished. My pod entered warp to the sun, leaving behind a 220million ISK wreck.
Well we had a lot of fun, and I got a lot of final blows on enemy targets today. Guess AAA had had enough
Hopefully videos/screenshots of the doomsday to come
In tommorows update: Burn Eden rip off Goonswarm of 300billion ISK! True or False, you decide!
