I will answer the admiral first. you wanted to know why you must leave the cloaked planet alone? here's the story

5 Billion years ago a race of beings discovered how to transform conscious
though into energy and matter and back again. These beings were far, far more intelligent and powerful then humans but they realised that the power that they had unlocked could only be used to harm other life and in recognition of this fact they destroyed all knowledge of this process and erased that chapter from there history.
however 3000 years later a brilliant but unstable scientist discovered the same process and used it upon himself but having no knowledge of what he had truly unlocked he was driven insane by the power unleashed by his mind. This was what had been feared all along. His mind, driven insane had no boundaries. With his insanity he respected none of the laws that governed the universe so he gained virtually unlimited power….but at a horrible cost
every thing he touched everything he turned his mind to was erased from the universe but finally he was defeated by a power unknown and was caged in this planet but the war between our peoples has caused massive shockwaves between dimensions damaging and depleting the power that holds him trapped inside this planet.
