I know them. Having institutions is normal for any government. It does not mean that enough is being done against racism. You may also want to invest some time into the research of the work of the European Commission against discrimination, racism and xenophobia or into the work of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) which examines the situation concerning manifestations of racism and intolerance in each of the Council of Europe member states.
