You did not read what I wrote and it shows.
I did read and understand what you wrote. Maybe where you live f*** off has a different meaning though. As a sanity check, please tell everyone you meet tomorrow to f*** off, then report back here what they say.

You may also want to invest some time into the research of the work of the European Commission against discrimination, racism and xenophobia or into the work of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) which examines the situation concerning manifestations of racism and intolerance in each of the Council of Europe member states.
I know them. Having institutions is normal for any government. It does not mean that enough is being done against racism. I think the EU needs to do a lot more than it currently does.

But for the sake of keeping on topic let's agree to disagree here.

Two more Trump staffers who attended the Tulsa rally have tested positive for COVID. I want Trump to lose the election, but I hope it isn't because of high death toll among his supporters.

The rural area where I live, is thick with Trump supporters. Yesterday, I went to the local market, and no one was wearing a mask - including the shop clerks. No visible concern whatsoever. At the same time, infections are rising dramatically in our county. I actually caught a couple of the locals looking at little old mask wearing me in clear disgust. At least it seemed that way. How have we come to the sad state, where being concerned for the safety of oneself and loved ones, is construed as a volatile political statement?

Hypothetical question. To attend Trumps rally you had to agree to:
"By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; BOK Center; ASM Global; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury,"
Now here's the hypothetical part. Lets say someone at the rally contracted covid-19 but due to them signing the waiver they could not sue, but what if that same person passed the virus onto lets just say me and I died from it, do you think my family could then sue Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. It would be cause of his rally that the virus was passed on to someone that did not attend the rally or signed the waiver, so could they be held responsible and I wonder if it will happen. I know if I caught it and suspected that it was from someone who attended the rally, I would be looking into suing.

My understanding was that such waivers are not legal or will not hold up in court. Especially in the case of death.

They are mostly for keeping people quiet voluntarily.

I would need to do some digging on this if you don't think I am right on that.

Where education, compassion are perceived as "liberal", " satanic" or just evil, that's what we end up with.

I personally question if that hasn't always been that way and we just didn't see it.

More about the dear leader:

Summary: Bolton is saying the quiet part outloud. That North Korea talks are only to benefit Trump, not the country.

A president who regularly tweets in all caps, even if i knew absolutely nothing else about that orange waste of space, that would be enough to dismiss him as not beeing fit to lead....

It's stupid shit like this that makes me have absolutely 0 faith in the GOP having any interest in looking out for the American people. People are dying, they're playing stupid games.

So it was pretty shocking when Trump said at his rally the other day there, that he had told them to do less testing for covid-19 as it was just making America look bad, as they were finding far too many people with the virus. His press secretary, his newest one that is said, it was just a tongue in cheek comment that he was just joking. Just for Trump to tell the press that he was not joking, that he was serious testing is bad as all it does is raise the number of confirmed cases. Honestly he's the man looking after the people of America, stop the testing let the people die from the virus as it is just making me look bad he says and of course it's all just fake news.

What did he say. :gruebel: :o

I see Twitter has put a warning on another Trump tweet. I wonder how long before Twitter bans Trump permanently? How long before the White House is declared a terrorist organization?

I think that's a bit far. The white house is too transitory to be considered an organization, plus not everyone in there is as full of shit as Trump and his sycophants are. Now I do agree that Trump has been pushing that envelope quite a bit lately.

As far as him being banned from twitter, that'll happen on approximately January 21, 2021 by noon EST.

Trump is doing the "ban me if you dare" game on purpose because he wants a law to control social networks via a government agency.

While I do agree with that, but then again, if Trump is breaking rules, then he shouldn't be above the law himself. twitter could have their day in court and I think Trump will lose. Or lastly, move their headquarters else where.

(china perhaps? )

In all honesty, I think both facebook and twitter could end up having their day in court, sure Trump could try and sign whatever executive order he wants, but I'm not sure it will do him much good, and could very well backfire on him.

And in other news,

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald ... p-n1231955

Trumps family trying to stop Mary Trump, (niece) from publishing her book on Trump, hopefully the judge will rule in favour of her and let the book be published, then it will be another humiliating defeat for Trump as well. going to be interesting to see what happens.

Executive orders are not law. Only congress can author laws; that's the whole basis of the DACA fight.

Trump can't strike down or do away with section 230. There's really nothing he can personally do other than continue whine like a bitch. Congress would have to change the law or SCOTUS rule it unconstitutional, which will never happen.
