*phone rings*
"H-hello? Yes sir. No sir, we dont have the patch. I know sir I know, we'll have it momentarily. Yes sir we will. I know you've been waiting for it for a while, everyone is-*grabs another phone ringing* "Hello, yes mam, no mam we dont have the patch yet, we'll have it for you in a jiffy, please wait and -*another phone* "Yes hello? I can just imagine this going on...
