The difference between Trump's side and, well, everyone else, is that everyone else isn't branding anyone who isn't blindly following along as an enemy. This isn't the first time Trump has attacked someone who doesn't do exactly what he wants. As a matter of record, he has attacked:

US intelligence agencies, including the FBI and CIA, for implicating Russia in the 2016 election meddling and chose to take Putin's word over our intel
Former AG and republican senator Jeff Sessions, and subsequently, the state of Alabama, for Sessions's recusing himself and appointing Robert Muller to head the probe into the 2016 election interference
The press, branding them an "Enemy of the State", whenever they run a story he doesn't like, including Fox news. AFAIK, Breitbart and Info Wars are the only source of news for Trump that hasn't faced any of his criticism
Any member of congress, including republicans, that don't bow to his every whim
16 year old climate activist Greta Thunberg for calling out world leaders who have failed to act
He even, mistakenly, fat shamed a guy at one of his rallies who was apparently yelling at anti-Trump protesters or some such thing
on and on the list goes

The moment you disagree with his "great and unmatched wisdom", you're automatically his enemy. You're un-american, un-patriotic, <insert degrading adjective here>, no question about it in his eyes. There's no debate, no civility, no discourse. Just immediately attacked and belittled to get a chuckle out of his fan base.

He is supposed to be the President of the US, what happens in UK politics has nothing to do with him or the head of any other country. Normally those dogs are not given a pets life, they are trained killers and cannot be untrained, so normally they are euthanised when they are retired. So giving one of them to Trump would be a perfect idea, we can all sit back and watch the outcome, making America great again.

... these are just simple working dogs, not trained killers. they will attack on command and release the bite on command (usually instantly on command when trained the right way). and yes, the handler of that dog can adopt him when he retires so that the dog can live a normal "pet" life with his best friend (= the handler). these dogs arent as dangerous an some untrained pet dogs, because if a untrained pitbull (for example) gets somehow "offended" by a bystander and starts attacking, a "recall" isnt possible because the dog wont listen (and often doesnt show the respect to his handler) while a trained working dog of any kind (gsd of malinois) is UNDER CONTROL in almost all thinkable circumstances.
