Lol don't make the mistake of thinking whatever your side is, it is above such tactics, you'll fall in the same hole the Trumpians have. People in power tend to be more often than not corrupt pieces of shit whatever agenda they are peddling.

Re: Trump
Yeah, but questioning the patriotism of a career military officer, with an impeccable service record, who dared to speak out against Space Force Cadet Donald "Bone Spurs" Trump is a shit move for the desperate.
The difference between Trump's side and, well, everyone else, is that everyone else isn't branding anyone who isn't blindly following along as an enemy. This isn't the first time Trump has attacked someone who doesn't do exactly what he wants. As a matter of record, he has attacked:
US intelligence agencies, including the FBI and CIA, for implicating Russia in the 2016 election meddling and chose to take Putin's word over our intel
Former AG and republican senator Jeff Sessions, and subsequently, the state of Alabama, for Sessions's recusing himself and appointing Robert Muller to head the probe into the 2016 election interference
The press, branding them an "Enemy of the State", whenever they run a story he doesn't like, including Fox news. AFAIK, Breitbart and Info Wars are the only source of news for Trump that hasn't faced any of his criticism
Any member of congress, including republicans, that don't bow to his every whim
16 year old climate activist Greta Thunberg for calling out world leaders who have failed to act
He even, mistakenly, fat shamed a guy at one of his rallies who was apparently yelling at anti-Trump protesters or some such thing
on and on the list goes
The moment you disagree with his "great and unmatched wisdom", you're automatically his enemy. You're un-american, un-patriotic, <insert degrading adjective here>, no question about it in his eyes. There's no debate, no civility, no discourse. Just immediately attacked and belittled to get a chuckle out of his fan base.

lol fan is appropriate too. "Fan" the root word of "fanatic" which is defined as "a person filled with excessive and single-minded zeal, especially for an extreme religious or political cause."

He is needing to keep his big mouth shut and stop interfering with other countries politics. He has started interfering with the UK election, endorsing Johnson while belittling Corbyn. He is supposed to be the President of the US, what happens in UK politics has nothing to do with him or the head of any other country. While he may be happy to let outsiders interfere with US politics, were not happy to have him or others interfere with ours.

Lol of course you would. You still don't know what democratic socialism is.
And to make it Trump related since we are in that thread, at least he's not a tax-dodging criminal narcissist with a crush on his daughter.

Re: Trump
... these are just simple working dogs, not trained killers. they will attack on command and release the bite on command (usually instantly on command when trained the right way). and yes, the handler of that dog can adopt him when he retires so that the dog can live a normal "pet" life with his best friend (= the handler). these dogs arent as dangerous an some untrained pet dogs, because if a untrained pitbull (for example) gets somehow "offended" by a bystander and starts attacking, a "recall" isnt possible because the dog wont listen (and often doesnt show the respect to his handler) while a trained working dog of any kind (gsd of malinois) is UNDER CONTROL in almost all thinkable circumstances.felter wrote: ↑Tue, 29. Oct 19, 21:24Normally those dogs are not given a pets life, they are trained killers and cannot be untrained, so normally they are euthanised when they are retired. So giving one of them to Trump would be a perfect idea, we can all sit back and watch the outcome, making America great again.
however, its almost certain that this dog didnt kill the isis bastard, he just stopped / intercepted him from either running away or starting to attack, the killer was almost certainly a man/woman who pulled the trigger ...

According to actual reports, the guy detonated a suicide bomb after being cornered. Of course, Trump having super powers was able to hear him whimpering and crying in his hole through the drone surveillance video that had no audio during the raid.

Mate, if you've read any of my posts (unlike MB, apparently) you know I'm no fan of Trump. But I'm not comfortable with calling his supporters names, even so. I'm well aware that they describe any of us with anything left of center-right political views as 'libtards' (or worse,) but calling them names in retaliation doesn't help, and inherently endorses their abuses directed at us. Not to mention that if both sides don't at least start acknowledging their opponents as human, you're gonna end up with a civil war sooner rather than later. Trump, being a political figure by his own choice, is fair game though.Vertigo 7 wrote:Naw, that's not fair. Most people are well above such pettiness, that is totally a Trumpanzie move. I'm not going to acknowledge white supremacists, gay bashers, and women haters as human. I believe I've made that point in the past. I understand and respect your point, but if they're willing to act like animals, I will treat them as such. And for the record, it's not anyone who is left leaning that's their target, it's anyone who doesn't support Trump. There's a big difference between Trump supporters and conservatives. To call them republicans any longer is laughable at best.eladan wrote: ↑Sun, 3. Nov 19, 02:35Mate, if you've read any of my posts (unlike MB, apparently) you know I'm no fan of Trump. Distasteful as it may seem, and obnoxious as they are, they are, unfortunately, human. You are, in fact, playing their game by resorting to their tactics. I'm sure you've heard the joke: "Never argue with an idiot: They drag you down to their level, and they beat you through experience." This is akin to that. Don't try to be a better hater than they are - they specialise in that area and they will always be much better at it than you will ever be. Be glad about that.Vertigo 7 wrote: ↑Sun, 3. I'm aware of what I'm doing and I'm okay with it, nor am I trying to one up them or care if I do. The fact that I'm none of the things they ascribe to puts me leagues ahead of them and if tossing and insult their way here and there sullies me, well... I'm not going to loose any sleep over it. If they were Thanos'd off the planet right now, I don't know if I would shrug or cheer. I owe them nothing and if they want my respect, they must earn it. So long as they suborn racism, sexual assault, misogyny, fascism, and homophobia, my respect will not be forthcoming.eladan wrote: ↑Sun, 3.
