I looked at game statistics. The results are a nonsense. How can it be possible, that someone plays the game 297 days - the game itself is not that old. I don't think that much people modify their saves to cheat. So:

Guess: they post the savegames from time to time and the values are being added. This is wrong, because the old numbers are added multiple times.

Correction: the game should distinguish between saves. Use only the last one. It could be done by using GUID (generated at the game begin) or by using the highest values of all saves.

Yes, they are in-game days. So with SETA it's perfectly possible.

I must be doing something wrong here. Just finished downloading all updates for java and still can't see any stats when I go to the control panel and click on statistics.

Edit here; Found it, just have to look a little harder before asking questions.

In order to export stats in X3:R does the bonus pack have to be installed?

No. You just need to be running 2.5.

Well that explains it. I never downloaded the 2.5 uplink. Should have looked at the patches first. Well time to patch the game.

Hi is it possible to upload stats in Terran Conflict? If so how?

Go to the www.egosoft.com homepage, select Games on the left hand side, select X3: Terran Conflict, and click the UPLINK link. Give it the path on your machine where the stats file you exported from the game is, and Bob's your uncle.

Are you talking about ship stats, or the Uplink stats you export from ingame to load to the website?

Ah - I've used http://eng.x3tc.ru/ before but what I'm referring to is the PlayerStats.pck file located in the Egosoft directory in my local profile. I've also noticed that in game I'm told that my favorite ship is my elite, (which I haven't flown since 2008).
