KriMe.SDS.DeliveryCommand V02

SDS means "Station Delivery Service"

This Software is available in 3 Versions:
Distribute to 1
Distribute to 2
Distribute to 3

With these commands you tell a TS-class freighter to deliver the product of your factory to up to three others.

The transporter decides automatically where the products are needed most and distributes the wares in the corresponding order.

AND the main reason to buy our product: adjustable money transfer value!

The SDS is only for transport. It is not Trading Software.

From now on KriMe.SDS.Delivery may be purchased in selected Paranid Equipment Docks.



New in Version 2:
Fixed:
- Wrong Command Display in "Deliver to 2"
- Transporter now waits correctly if there is nothig to transport.

Command 1 - now for all ships (except.BigShips)
Command 2 - now for all ships except M4/M5 (and BigShips)
Command 3 - only for TP/TS and PirateTS

Carrier calculations now include remaining wares from last the run. So it can't be "overfilled".
Incl. check if ship can transport the ware.
Incl. check if ship has enough cargo space free (min 50%)

Command parameters: Homebase, Credits per unit of wares, Destination 1 [, Destination 2][, Destination 3]

Copy the files

plugin.KriMe.SDSone.xml
plugin.KriMe.SDStwo.xml
plugin.KriMe.SDSthree.xml
plugin.KriMe.SDS.init.xml
lib.ship.var.setpilotname.xml
lib.Station.money.stat2station.xml

to the X²/scripts-folder and the files

495066.xml
445066.xml

to the X²/t-folder.


The Script starts automatically when loading the game.


Deinstallation:
Stop all freighters, that use the script and save.
Then the above files can be deleted.

I've never tried factory loops, as it seemed to much hassle, ship 1 dock with station 2 etc etc etc.

But this sounds cool....I gonna give it ago.

there are five files here, but seven files in the zip folder, and some of the filenames are different :gruebel:

can you clarify what files go in

you got 7 items where you given a direction to place, here. But in the zip there are 9 :?:

So this is for setting up loops? Like if you're making a Quantum Tube loop, and you need to distribute silicon to the crystal fab and the end fact from one mine?

correct snookid :thumb_up:

plus some of the filenames are different in the unpacked "scripts" folder where there are 7 files.

If the posted read me file is not correct or been proof read for errors, then im a bit wary of installing the script as other unseen errors may be present.

im just being cautious thats all

very nice, i used the non signed version of this script in 1.3

now with the new money transfer and 1.4 accountancy tools i think im going to enjoy using it even more hehe...

Ah - so this eliminates the need to not sell to others and make the prices lower than local prices in order to get a loop going? Interesting...

Now this looks very interesting, though 2 problems spring to mind:
1. With 216 stations it could take a while to retrofit all the freighters,
2. An awful lot of those 'freighters' are actually Scorpions - does it really only work with TS class ships?

i do leaky loops anyhow, so i wont use the sell to station bit... but what are the acountancy bits?

is it better than the standard 1.4 packaged accountancy tools?
want the FACTS about X2/X3?
