*Bug Report - contain spoilers*
Spear of Odin / Flagship of TER intervention fleet turns hostile
Hello together,
in the TER/YAKI plot i'm dealing with a problem/bug. I decided to support TER and tell them that the YAKI are a thread. I'm supporting the intervention fleets they sent with my own ships. Now for the second time it happend, that the TER flagship suddendly turned enemy without a reason. The first time it happend was after the last Xenon ship on the radar/map in the sector was destroyed, then from one moment to another the Spear of Odin (Asgard, flagship of the intervention fleet) turned hostile. Loading a save short before it happend or teleporting to another sector/ship didn't help. The first time it happend i was close to a gate and was able to avoid it through sending all my ships out of the sector and waited a time.
Now in the second time it happened, the Spear of Odin was already destroyed and another ship (Tokyo-class) became the new flagship. A few moments after my fleet destroyed a Xenon-Defense-Station the Tokyo flagship turned hostile. I loaded the save short before the base was destroyed several times with the same result. I don't think that i attacked the TER intervention fleet randomly or something. My fleet is too far in the sector to retreat fast to another sector.
It seems that i'm not the only person with this problem, i found a post on Reddit and a youtube video where another user recorded this bug/problem. But i didn't find any solution or post in this forum here yet.
This is the Reddit post (link to another website, not my post): https://www.reddit.com/r/X4Foundations/comments/1sd0i66/war_of_intervention_spear_of_odin_randomly_goes/
This is the Youtube-Video (link to another website, not my video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDF-GRiu6_s
I play the vanilla game, version 9.00, no mods used.
Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Would be cool, if somebody from the Egosoft-Team would have a look on it. If necessary i can also try to upload the save.
I hope this is the right forum for this post, otherwise just give me a hint.
Thanks in adance!

Re: Yaki Plot (!Spoiler!) - TER intervention fleet turns hostile
"If necessary i can also try to upload the save." There's nothing the devs can investigate without it. Even better would be two save links, with one just before the hostility issue and one just after; that would be perfect for cause analysis.
One thing does occur to me, you aren't in one of the plot ships that changes masked identity when in range or not of Xenon? That might explain why killing the last Xenon in range triggers a change. That possibility could have been eliminated here with save access.

Re: Yaki Plot (!Spoiler!) - TER intervention fleet turns hostile - Save link requested.
Alright, here is a Dropbox-Link with the requestet two savegames and a thrid one.
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/xp7ztz3h ... iimyg&dl=0
I tried to teleport to antoher ship and sector which didn't helped.
Savegame 05: Short before the Xenon Base is destroyed. I ordered all my ships in the sector to attack the base. I changed the behavior of the squads belongign to the Syn from "defend" to "follow".
Savegame 06: Seconds after the TER-Intervention got hostile. It seems that the two Tokyo-Carriers (one of them is the flagship, since spear of odin got destroyed) and one Gladius-Fighter become hostile first.
Savegame 08: Short before the Xenon Base is destroyed. I deactivated all my turrets. All my ships beside the syn are on the way out of the sector. Even if i stop shooting at the Xenon Base and the Xenon Base is destroyed through TER Ships, they still become hostile.
I use Linux Nobara. So far i haven't noticed any differences to playing on Windows.
If there is any problem with the Dropbox-link or the savegames, let me know. I hope this is helping to figure out the problem.

On all three saves i'm on the Syn you got from Delilah during the TER/YAKI-Plot. The Story Katana with the camo/yaki-mode is outside the sector (parked in Hatikvah 1, i renamed the ship to "Katana Expedition").

Re: Yaki Plot (!Spoiler!) - TER intervention fleet turns hostile - Saves provided.
Thanks for the excellent saves. I loaded your first save and can confirm the Terran fleet going hostile on destruction of the Xenon station and with no further provocation from player ships that I had made inactive.
How did you obtain all the TER ships involved in the operation, especially the Osaka? I ask as individual ships can remember hostile actions in the past that affected their charges and can shape their future attitudes regardless of prevailing faction rep. Once the main Xenon threat is gone, maybe they suddenly recall what you did to them in the past and you become the new threat?
Hopefully the devs will check what is going on.

Re: [#6023] Yaki Plot (!Spoiler!) - TER intervention fleet turns hostile
Alright, thank you for having a look on it!
In this save-game i play as a Terran loyalist, so the Osaka and all other TER ships (beside the ones you get from the plot) were bought at TER or PIO ship yards (with mostly honest and legal earned money
). The only thing that might happened in the past could be turret fire which hit the TER ships during a battle accidentally or something. But it seems more likely that it is a specific problem with the intervention fleet from the plot since other players had a similar problem regarding the reddit-post/youtube video i linked in my first post.
Yeah, hope the devs will check it
