Problem with ship building in wharf (it can be mod problem)

Hello,

Idk why i have requested ships in construction queue, but wharf don't start build ships. I have all requested materials and blueprints. Sometimes one or two ship start be build. I try buy more blueprints and deliver more materials but it doesn't help. So i start suspicious a problem with mods. So i paste below my mod list and screenshot from wharf:

Really sounds strange,
unfortunately, you did not post the screen from production tab of Wharf ...
regarding mods - try to disable any mods related to ship building, you have at least two, based on names ...
