Hello,
I have a strange problem in X4 9.00 and I can't figure out what is wrong.
Game version
X4: Foundations 9.00 (Steam)
All DLC enabled
No mods
Game files verified successfully through Steam (704 files checked)
Problem
Both my L Chthonios (Minerals) and my M miners refuse to mine.
Whenever I issue:
Local Automine
Resource: Ore or Ice
they immediately fail with:
No resources in range found
What I have already checked:
Resource probes deployed
Resource map shows Ore and Ice (5 stars)
Tried several sectors (Asteroid Belt, Profit Center III, etc.)
Tried Ore and Ice
Ship has mining lasers equipped
Ship has mining drones
Ship has cargo drones
Pilot has enough skill for Local Automine
Steam files verified
No mods installed
The resource map clearly shows resources, but every miner immediately reports that no resources are in range.
Is this a known issue in 9.00, or is there something I'm missing?

Also see this thread [#5788]. Devs aware but the more links to vanilla saves showing the issue, the better for the devs investigation, fixing and testing in different games and use cases.

oh and as additional info I´m trying to mine ice in the asteroid belt.
