Tried to report this in the beta but I got in just before release and it did not get a tracking number, so I took this video instead to show it better: https://youtu.be/0rsWxrhdW6o (may take some minutes to appear in HD)
You can see there are some small lights that have apparently escaped the 7.0 redesign and are mostly floating above and between the things they seem intended to appear on the ends of. This occurs both above and below the circular part of the ship.
