[v8.0 580735] Translation mistakes

In Russian version of the game the "Proficient" agent skill is translated as "Профессионал" ("Professional"), which is incorrect and causes confusion because "professional" means very high level of a skill, yet in fact "Proficient" is a medium skill level.

I suggest changing the "Proficient" translation to "Умелый".


Also, the button to dismiss a diplomatic mission report is labeled as "Уволить" ("to fire"), which is again quite confusing as it may seem serves a purpose of firing an agent.

Suggest changing it to "Удалить отчёт".


And in many (if not all) missions that require a player to capture a ship - for example in a mission when a ship must be recused from a mine field - the task is translated as "Охраняйте корабль" ("Guard the ship"). I assume it's caused by wrong translation of "secure" word.

Suggest changing it to "Захватите корабль".
