I've been trying to get the nosteam.exe for X3:AB, but each time I attempt to download it has me sign into the forums, but then gives me an access denied and makes me sign in again repeatedly.
Anyway to get this file?

I know that you have X4 registered, but do you have X3TC and/or X3AP registered too? You need one or other registered to download the No-Steam exe. The easiest way to check and confirm is to click on your name top right on the forums, User Control Panel, Egosoft Settings, Game Registration, and click the blue 'Update via Steam' button (while online and logged in obviously).
If that is all done and/or working and still no joy, then please PM a site admin such as CBJ giving your Egosoft and Steam forum registration usernames and e-mails with any Steam ID number and I'm sure you will be helped. You can link to this thread in the PM if you wish. Please do not give any personal details in open forum.

Hi, over the weekend we had some users running into issues with registration on their accounts.
If you too ran into problems, please try clicking the "Update via Steam" button in the game registration section (ucp.php?i=-egosoft-settings-ucp-gamereg ... de=gamereg) to retrigger the account linking.
Should the game already be registered correctly you can try checking the "Remember me" checkbox during login, since we had some reports of users getting logged out when being redirected to the website.
