Goodness Almighty What HAS Disabled the Ext & Challenging Plots

when X3FL was released a completed one of the plots that opened up the Terran Spy plot which I have done two times and somehow over the updates the Extended and Challenging Plots has greyed out and I just completed the Boron Scientist plot and the two choices are still greyed out

Goner
Terran Spy

are all plots I have completed and the two other choices to do even more challenging plots will not be as choices for me but these choices seemed to have been nullified and wont open up after the updates

Boron Scientist is a standard start and does not have to be unlocked in the base game. Peace Seeker (Goner) is also a standard start.

The expanded and challenging starts have to be unlocked by doing the initial parts of a conventional plot start with the PHQ and (I believe) will generate a registry entry on unlocking. If so and your related registry key has been cleared by editing or overwriting then you will lose that unlocking and will have to unlock again.

Please confirm that it is just the Terran Spy start that is a problem for you. Thanks.

So that explains it a registry cleaner app wiped it

yes I still have the Terran Spy Game file going
