so in non news, Trump apparently had a call with Putin who to no surprise of anyone who isn't MAGA, repeated that Russia isn't done in Ukraine. The information that was known two years ago.
I feel like Trump is misquoted when he said he is "disappointed".
Why are you disappointed, Trump, with the man who has all the cards? Did you give him the one card you had by stopping supplying weapons?

Re: Russia-Ukraine War
It appears that due to the bombing of Iran North Korea, China and Iran are backing the war in Ukraine even more. US literally made things worse. Iran could start enriching and experimenting along with North Korea in North Korea in exchange for missile technology, money or oil. They already have all the equipment, etc... Iran still has it's enriched Uranium. Iran only had about 8-10 days worth of missiles left which might have been slightly greater than the number of days Israels air defense systems had. Iranian military officials went to China after the attacks. Iran would have had to cross several countries in open ground just to attack Israel after it's missiles ran out.

The raid destroyed or degraded more than 40 Tu-95, Tu-160 and Tu-22 M3 strategic bombers, as well as an A-50 airborne-early-warning jet, according to officials in Kyiv. That would represent roughly one-third of Russia’s long-range strike fleet and about US$7 billion in hardware. Even if satellite imagery ultimately pares back those numbers, the scale of the damage is hard to miss.

A year and a half ago I was wondering how long will it take till we see interceptor drones - now we have whole range of drones dedicated to this:

Now we need giant Zeppelin as a drone carrier and we'll have real life Protoss Carrier.

Not a bad idea, have some mini blimps loaded with interceptor drones. They would be able to launch from a high altitude, allowing greater range for the interceptor drones.mr.WHO wrote: ↑Mon, 14. Re: Russia-Ukraine War
As far as I have heard Russia is pretty much running out of cash, so much so Putin has been emptying the bank accounts of his oligarchs and there is pretty much nothing any of them can do, if they do complain and stand up to Putin at best they end up in jail, at worse they end up six feet under. As for the little people they are caught in a rut, they have no money to start with but now with inflation being over 20%, interest rates at 20% and stagnant wages things are pretty much looking bad for them, and there is next to nothing they can do about any of it, just like the oligarchs.

Ukraine blowing up some of russias shadow fleet of oil tankers
https://euromaidanpress.com/2025/07/09/ ... oil-fleet/
A wave of covert explosions striking tankers tied to Russian energy exports appears to be the work of Ukrainian special forces, according to a detailed analysis by Tom Sharpe OBE in The Telegraph. While no official confirmation has been issued, the precision and pattern of the attacks strongly suggest a coordinated sabotage campaign.
