I'm pretty sure these work fine with Farnhams Legacy. Shimrod made his own excellent scripts which as far as I know do not conflict/overwrite the game originals in TC or AP, so hopefully they do not conflict with FL.

OK Traders - When you set either the free Demeter or Dolphin to the players FL story built Bofu station as Home Station, it will happily go buying AND selling for the station - Initially I had the Dolphin set to buy Energy cells for the station, and the Demeter to buy Bogas for the station, relying on NPCs to come and buy Bofu. Now I have the Dolphin as an OK Trader for the station, and it does everything the station needs making it profitable very quickly, leaving the Demeter to be a Free Trader (not assigned a Home station) buying and selling everything it can find everywhere.
As far as I can tell this is working great with Farnhams Legacy, which also has the Unofficial Patch installed. Its certainly ramped up my ability to start raking in the profitsss! in FL.
Smart Turrets - (Out of the 2 downloads use the AP v4) - I havent tested it to any great extent yet, too early game to have anything to use it on, but the AL scripts and implementation seem to have worked fine, and going into all possible options everything seems to be in place and ready to work.
MARS is listed already in the Community Scripts & Mod Download library as working in FL, but I always found MARS to be a bit too heavy for what it does (dont wish to put anyone off using it, MARS is excellent), so I always preferred Smart Turrets in AP.
Smart Turrets needs more testing, I'm still at the stage trying to kill Pirates for the Paranid, in a Boron Enhanced Mako .. in the eyes of the 3 eyes I think I am still a pitiful being
