what iam missing here ?
how is it possible to have all this modules inside the ring ?
and all those docking ports ? btw stage 1 is the finest. the rest stages in my opinion are destroying the hot look of the first stage station

@halpog:
There are two ways on how to:
1st - To do or let do some math and edit module positions and rotations in the .xml file itself.
2nd - To use support frames to place the desired module at a specifiv position and delete the support afterwards out of the list. In case of a circle you rotate spines on top of a centered snap point.
I personally use the 2nd option.

Are you trying to build on the PHQ plot?

Haah it seems that this goated design and the TER Defense station are incompatible with VRO and in turn thus Reemergence aswell.

Which is crazy, it seem i cant really test out why either since the only messeage i get is "This construction plan cannot be chosen due to incompatible equipment items".
The first time i saw that i didn't know why, so, like someone suggested i disabled all of my mods, then afterwards the plans could be imported and built but when i reenabled VRO these two designs became no longer importable anymore.

I got to say, thats a shame. Your designs are super solid and i personally am in love with the Terran ones.

You can make any station plan compatible with vanilla or vro provided it doesn't use modules that are added as part of a mod. Load the station plan with all mods off via main menu and strip all weapons and shields. This is generally the primary reason the plans won't work for most while VRO is enabled. You can accomplish the same thing even it uses modules not found in vanilla as well but will of course need to load that mod first to remove it from the plan.

EDIT: I do this occasionally and label my plans as VRO or Vanilla.
