Station building missions, ownership?

Regarding the generic missions in Xrebirth where you are charged with building a station.

In X4, when the station has been build, then the ownership is transfered to the faction asking for the station.
Is this the same in Xr, or will it stay in my ownership?

If the task to build a station is for a faction, then the ownership passes to the faction that ordered the station.

What will other mission providers be besides the factions?

Would it be civilian or…?

Do anyone have an idea about how often ‘civilian’ station building missions will appear and what the reqiurements for it to happen?

I only ever saw those missions issued by factions. You ALWAYS keep the station, and you can - this is best done in deVries - fullfill the same kind of mission again when completing the next module.

Note: What alexalsp wrote applies ONLY to X3* and X4, not X:Rebirth.
