[Bug] (7.10 Hotfix 3) EN: Rise of the Machines has two main bugs

Rise of the Machines has two bugs, one of which soft-locks your game forcing you to restart the mission. Occasionally when you kill the last ship in the mission the dialog for the completion will not happen resulting in you being locked in the mission until you restart or end it. The other bug is that sometimes, more often then not, the game will declare that a XL class ship is just dead for some reason even though both are alive and well. Both of these bugs make the mission near impossible to play as the score reduction from the XL ship more or less prevents you from ever getting a 5* and if it soft-locks you just wasted 30 minutes of your life for nothing.

(I only have proof for the XL bug at the moment, I will keep doing the mission until I get 5* anyway so chances are I will get the dialog override as well soft-locking me in no time)

I think the soft-lock one is when someone speaks after you kill the last ship but sense they spoke it overrides the ending speech. Usually occurs when a ship is complaining they are at low health and being shot at.
Edit: Can confirm that if someone speaks before mission end speech after last ship dies it soft-locks.

Hmm... Are you sure all the ships are destroyed?

There's another fleet off to the south-east attacking a Zeus, an H and some Fs and Bs. They do seem to count for the scenario, and when the mission didn't end for me, that fleet was still alive, when I destroyed it, the mission ended.

Try destroying the last ship while in SETA or when there is a ship saying it has been shot but choose to let to the notification time itself out. Those two things are the most common ways for me to soft-lock myself. Chances are destroying the last ship while in dialog with another person will also cause a soft-lock. It's not the act of destroying the ship that causes the soft-lock, it's the act of having other dialog happening, or being in a menu that does not allow dialog to appear, that causes the soft-lock such as being in map view while it's happening. I'll replay the scenario many times over to try to catch every single way to cause a soft-lock as possible.

I forgot to record the activation of the soft-lock but what I have recorded is the aftermath of the soft-lock. I have searched the entire map and could not find any remaining xenon presense in the sector minus some xenon that just appeared after I expanded the sector border a bit. I triggered this soft-lock via the use of SETA. I was still in SETA when the last ship was destoryed which caused me to not be able to end this mission.

On a side note, I am 100% going to attempt to see if that H is actually still there in base universe and see if I can grab it.
